How do I get access to the self-service portal?

To access the self-service portal, follow these steps:

  • Visit the self-service portal using the provided link.
  • If you are an existing sole customer, create an account within the self-service portal before logging in.

How do I create an account in the self-service portal?

To create an account within the self-service portal you will need the following information: 

  • Customer number 

  • Date of Birth 

  • Personal ID number used in original application (driving licence/passport)  

 

I don’t know my customer number, what do I do?

Your customer number is located on your Fixed Term Deposit confirmation letter. If you do not have this, you can Contact us

What does the self-service portal allow me to do?

  • Open a new Fixed Term Deposit account 
  • Provide maturity instructions
  • Amend personal details
  • View account details
  • Download statements 

I started an application form but can’t locate it, how do I continue?

To locate an application that is ‘in progress’, open the digital application and enter your personal details in order to receive a one time verification code. Once you have verified your personal details, your application will be brought up on-screen for you to continue completing. 

What if I have forgotten my username and password for my self-service account?

If you’ve forgotten your username or password for your self-service account, you can find the relevant links on the front page of the Self-Service Portal. There’s a separate link for retrieving your username and another one for resetting your password. Simply follow the appropriate link based on the information you need to recover.
